and I helped the girls make pumpkin people because they were begging to carve them, but I kept telling them that if we carved them this early, they’d end up looking like uncle Mark’s jack-o-lanterns, and then we’d have to pressure wash them off the porch.
I still haven’t decided if Olive’s is a person or a pet of some sort. So far, she hasn’t quite been able to articulate an answer to that question herself. Oh well. BTW, the brown stuff is doll hair. For realsies.
And I’ll leave you with this tiny piece of entertainment (it was entertaining to me anyway). This is what we found the other night when we went in to tuck the girls in on our way to bed.
I literally had to excavate Olive out of Mona’s bed to get her into her own. By the time I got her out, I counted 3 books, 4 dolls, 2 bears, 5 blankets, 3 pillows, 2 girls, and 1 wiener dog (carl may have been in there somewhere too, but I never saw him).
Come on girls, it’s a toddler bed, not a clown car …hmmm…that reminds me of a forward email I received not long ago that made me laugh…).
