We had such a long and action packed three-day weekend. Geez! Friday off (thank goodness) for 4th prep stuff; Saturday parade watching, BBQing (these were a huge hit), trampoline jumping, fireworks (didn’t get home until 1:00am and promptly got thrown up on by a nearly two-year-old!); Sunday birthday brunch at the in-law’s with some truly good brunch food, including fresh, warm fritters from here. Nice weekend, I’d have to say…
