I just finished up the Valentine cards and they are super cute!  I kind of wish I would have stamped the words on the inside so the heart could have had all the attention on the front.

I saw some crocheted hearts here at Bella Dia and loved them!  So I made some for a decorative valentine garland for the house.  But then I played around and through trial and error, figured out how to make smaller ones for cards.  I’m really happy with how they turned out.  I just added a cute little button (most of them are tiny heart buttons if you can’t tell from the photo).  And I secured them to the card with a needle and thread in three places, tying little knots at the back.  I made eight…wonder how much postage to put on…?
